I don't have a demat account, is it possible to buy shares without Demat account?

No, you cannot. To invest in Nepali Stock market, demat account is mandatory now. You need Demat account for both Primary and Secondary market. In the past, you could hold your shares in a physical form as a share certificate. But now you need Demat account, and all your shares are held in electronic format.
